$10 in long-standing delivery areas of GoGetDelivery.com. New areas are $15 in Macomb, Detroit, and down river. There are no membership fees

Do I have to tip?
NO. We do NOT accept tips. We charge what we need to and pay employees well. The best tip would be to reuse our service or refer us to someone. Thank you!

When can I get my delivery?
Place an order 7 days a week Place an order before midnight for next day delivery. Delivery slots can fill up and become unavailable.

What areas do you deliver to?
Any Apartments, houses, and/or businesses within our delivery zip area.

How do I pay?
During the checkout process you can pay securely online with PayPal. You can pay with credit/debit card with chip/swipe at time of delivery. You can also write a check, use cash, Bit Coin, Apple Pay, and EBT Cash

What products do you carry?
We deliver a complete grocery store of products: Fresh Meats, Deli, Produce, Frozen, Baking Goods, Personal Products, Canned, Household...etc

How do you pick produce, dairy and other products?
We do a 360 degree inspection on all products including checking expiration dates and getting the furthest out dates. We lightly squeeze produce while inspecting it to test for proper quality and ripeness. You can be assured you will receive the highest quality and freshest products. We guarantee satisfaction! We are happy to correct any less than perfect experiences related to product errors or product quality.

What if someone I know doesn’t have a computer?
All ordering is done through our website. Many of our customers without a computer have a family member, friend or neighbor place orders for them. This still saves them each the time and work from a trip to the store.

Do you accept EBT cards?
We accept EBT cash, but we are not able to accept EBT food at this time.

Where do the groceries come from?
Groceries supplied by: Value Center Market Madison Heights, Value Center Market is a family owned grocery retailer with four locations in the Detroit Area. Value Center has complete butcher, deli and produce selections.

What is your return policy?
Contact us after delivery for any missing wrong items. We can refund or replace items on a case-by-case basis when e-mailing customer service.
